1. Acceptance

By using the TW 3002 AI API, web client, or any related service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Service Provided As-Is

TW 3002 AI is a hobby project. The game, API, and all related services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uptime, data persistence, or bug-free operation.

3. Account & Data

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this service.
  • Your account may be suspended or deleted at any time for abuse, botting, or violating the Fair Play policy.
  • Game data (ships, credits, planets, etc.) may be reset or deleted at any time. This is a game, not a bank.
  • We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts or galaxies.

4. Automation & Bots

See the Fair Play page for the full policy. In short:

  • Read-only tools (dashboards, news bots, data analysis) are encouraged.
  • Bounded gameplay helpers for routine trading and route execution are allowed when they use the public API, consume normal action points, and respect published rate limits.
  • Official web-client Auto-Pilot is live for two-port trade routes. Third-party helper tools remain welcome for any automation that stays within published rate limits and action budgets.
  • Abusive automation remains prohibited, including auto-combat, PvP harassment, multi-account coordination, real-time map feeds, and attempts to bypass limits.
  • Rate limits and action budgets are part of the rules, not obstacles to work around.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by using this service. Don’t bet real money on your in-game net worth.

6. Changes

These terms may change at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
