StarDock is neutral space

StarDock sectors are service locations, not territory to blockade or fortify. Fighters, mines, planet construction, direct planet-to-sector fighter deployments, and automatic planet patrols are now blocked at every StarDock.

Existing defenses returned

The defenses that were allowed there in error have been returned to their original owners: 4,368 patrol fighters went back to their exact home planets, while 1,015 mines returned to their owners’ active ships. This correction applies independently in The Void and The Abyss.
