What changed

Production QA characters can now be excluded from public leaderboard rankings and totals in their selected galaxy. They remain normal, visible captains everywhere else: they can be scanned, encountered, fought, and included in game events under the same rules as every other player.

Why it matters

This lets us safely validate late-game systems in The Void and The Abyss without temporary QA resources distorting the public rankings.
